Hi there! I’m glad you stopped by. My name is Elizabeth. And this…is my first go around with blogging. Well, why am I here? I want to encourage you and others in the love of Christ. God loves you and you are special to him. I want to see everyone be set free from the bondage the enemy wants you to carry. I want to see walls built up due to religion and past hurts to be torn down that stops you from receiving what God has for you. These walls provide strongholds the enemy uses to kill, steal, and destroy your destiny. Jesus came to set people free. And guess what??? Who the son set free is free indeed.

The name of the blog is Eagle Wings. I received this name from the Lord. There are many scriptures that talk about eagle wings, here are a few:

You yourselves have seen what I did to Egypt, and how I carried you on eagle’s wings and brought you out to myself – Ex.19:4

But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint – Is. 40:31

The woman was given the two wings of a great eagle, so that she might fly to the place prepared for her in the wilderness, where she would be taken care of for a time…out of the serpent’s reach – Rev. 12:14
